Chiffchaffs Pre-School

From September 2023, Chiffchaffs will have their own class page for photos and information about what is happening this year.

Use the 'Children' menu and then 'Class Pages' to find their photos.

Chiffchaffs is our pre-school class, which opened on January 6th 2020. We are still taking applications for 2, 3 & 4 year olds - please contact the main school reception to arrange a visit.

If you are wondering why the choice of name, it is because the woodland adjacent to the pre-school (where our Forest School is based) has many of these migrant warblers visiting through the spring, summer & autumn. So, for much of the year we will hear their characteristic song all around us.

The photos below give a taste of the spaces that we have for the children to use:

• A large main room for indoor learning & play
• An outside space with artificial grass and a wooden playhouse
• A natural 'mud kitchen' area 
• A covered outdoor space with a soft play surface
