Gala

We created daffodils to display in the entrance hall in school.

To begin with, we explored a daffodil and identified the: petal, trumpet, stem and leaves. We then mixed our orange and green paints. This was a messy job! We painted a piece of paper yellow for our petals. Once everything was dry, we drew and cut out our petals. Our daffodils are beautiful!

World Book Day

We spent the day taking part in activities with Cameo Class. We read books together, played games, made a stick man, created shadows and completed a yoga session. We had a brilliant day!

We painted backgrounds for our tiger pictures using water colour paint. We looked carefully at images of different settings before we painted.

A Road Safety officer came a led an assembly with us about how to cross the road safely.
