Attendance Award. We were the first class again to get 5 stars in Term 4. As a result, we spent some time creating Easter Bunny cards to give to our loved ones.
As part of our Writing unit - Playscripts, Russet class acted out the first scene of Charlotte's Web by E.B. White

We conducted an experiment to see what temperature melts a chocolate, turning it from a solid to a liquid.

We created Christmas decorations to hang on the tree in the hall
We were the first class in Term 2 to get our 5 stars for the best attendance. We had a board games afternoon to celebrate.

National Poetry Day
For National Poetry Day we will be celebrating this in class by practicing performance skills. The poem we will be looking at Walking With My Iguana by Brian Moses. I have attached a copy of this poem below to have a look at home and practice reciting to help support with our performance skills.
